Job Responsibility

• Continuously enhance our HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Marketing Hub, to meet evolving business requirements.
• Customize workflows, pipelines, and properties to streamline internal processes.
• Build, maintain, and track lead scoring in HubSpot.
• Well-versed with tracking demand generation channels (website, social, email, PPC, etc.) to categorize incoming leads correctly.
• Good familiarity with HubSpot demand generation metrics and reporting, including creating marketing reports.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for HubSpot users.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are proficient in using HubSpot tools and features.
• Stay updated on the latest HubSpot developments and best practices.
• Maintain the existing database in HubSpot.

Candidacy Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales funnel and lead flow concepts, including associated terminology (early => late stage, MQL, SQL, SAL, lead and opportunity flow).
• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Marketing Hub.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot features, modules, and best practices.
• Knowledge of complex workflows.
• Ability to configure/customize HubSpot to align with business processes and objectives.
• Experience in integrating HubSpot with other tools and platforms to streamline data flow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience leading successful HubSpot projects from start to finish.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Willingness to work in the EST time zone (Evening/Night shift).
