Job Responsibility

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand employees goals.
• Develop personalized workout plans based on employee needs, abilities, and goals.
• Instruct employees on the safe and effective use of gym equipment.
• Monitor employees’ progress and make adjustments to workout plans as necessary.
• Provide ongoing motivation, support, and guidance to employees.
• Educate employees on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle choices in achieving fitness goals.
• With the help of facility management department, Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and advancements through continuous learning.

Candidacy Requirements

• Previous experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire employees of all fitness levels.
