Job Responsibility

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions and assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits enrollment and coverage.
• Address employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing counseling, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance management activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files etc.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist in HR analytics and reporting, providing insights into HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
